I can hear and feel her heart pounding while she's talking. Part of her is afraid and part is excited too and I can't tell which emotion is stronger. I feel the same way, I've never felt like this before and if she's too scared to accept it... I think even if she didn't feel the same way I could survive as long as she didn't reject me.

When she talks though, I feel my heart lurch and then I kiss her, hard and deep. I don't trust myself to have the right words to say but I can show her that I love her.
