The warmth and emotion of those three words warmed her from her heart outwards and had tears sliding down her cheeks. No matter how many times she'd told herself she could live without romantic love, filling her life with her duties and the occasional physical release - she didn't realize until now that she'd been lying to herself. She needed this, she needed him.

"Always," she breathed, then sniffed back the tears.
