I didn't know my Latin well enough, correspondence course and all that, to be sure if what she had said was correct. Besides, it was about the intent anyway and not the words. Whatever she did or said, it seemed like her intent was maybe to bring a younger version of me here, or make me younger. Or maybe something else interfered, I don't know.

The way she nudged my leg was pretty familiar and it made me wonder what sort of relationship my older self had with her.
