Levi was pretty sure everything was perfect. He was also pretty sure that everything didn't have to be perfect. Finally, he was pretty sure perfection was easy when your plan was so simple. "Mmmmm, I do. I think everything about you is amazing," he said, feeling his body practically melt into the bed. He was going to be so sore tomorrow but he didn't care, this had all been worth it.

"You're staying, right?"

Bella smiled, leaned in, and kissed him again. "I'm staying. Somehow, running into the forest doesn't seem to appeal to me right now. Sleep. I'll be here when you wake up."

She reached down and pulled the comforter up and over them, resting her forehead against his.

"Good," he said, kissing her back before closing his eyes and snuggling up closer to her. He was sure just laying there all night would be beyond boring to her but a selfish part of him wanted her there anyway. Pressed close to her, completely spent, he fell asleep with a smile on his face.

Far from bored, Bella spent the dark of night watching as he slept, listening to the sounds he made, even closing her eyes and reliving the night in detail, savoring each memory, everything they'd said - while at the same time trying to figure out if she'd ever heard of anything that would explain the changes she'd felt since Levi had come into her life.

She hadn't, but, of course, she was the only one of her kind here. So that didn't mean much.

Levi couldn't ever remember having such a good night's sleep. Completely exhausted he had snuggled up against her, arms wrapping around her sometime in the night so that his face was buried against the back of her neck, warm breath on her cool skin.

He didn't wake in the morning until well past when sunlight had flooded the room. He had the day off, which is why he'd planned on watching several movies with her. What had ended up happening was much, much better.

She was still with him, body pressed up against his and he kissed the cool skin of her neck in good morning. Yawning and sitting up, he stretched and opened his eyes to look at Bella.

He screamed and flailed off the edge of the bed, his still tired eyesdazzled by... he didn't know what. But he hurt, did he ever hurt and the fall off the bed didn't help.

"Yes," she sighed, resigned to it. It wasn't like she couldn't expect a human to react, not the first time they saw it anyway. "And now you have the answer to why I wear hoodies every time I'm out in town, no matter the weather. You don't need to worry about covering the bruises, either," she added with a nod to the sheet, "I watched most of them form."

"Damn you're beautiful," he said, looking up at her as she leaned over the bed. Her hair hung over in waves and he couldn't help but remember what she looked like with her back arched, breasts sticking out as she came.

"Clearly what we need to do here is make the big bad vampire laugh like wind chimes from tickling while she sparkles."

"Fine then," he grunted as he slowly pushed himself up off the floor to stand next to her on the bed. Brushing her hair out of the way he bent down to kiss her, slow but deep. It felt every bit as wonderful as it did last night.

"But whatever I call you, Glitter Princess, we're going to see if you tickle as well in the daylight as you do at night."

He was totally going to pay for the Glitter Princess thing...later, she thought as his lips met hers with the deep growl still vibrating along hers. A growl that turned into a moan the more his mouth moved against hers and she felt herself melt.

"I might not," she responded, a little afraid that her awakening body had been more aberration than reality.
