"Yeah, it's kind of a secret though," he said, reaching into his jacket pocket for a bottle of pills. He wasn't concerned about the vampire now that Bella was here, he knew enough about her to know that it didn't stand a chance against her.
The bottle said it was Extra Strength Tylenol, but the pills inside were something else entirely. Levi palmed two of them and dry-swallowed them, hoping they kicked in before this headache made him pass out.
"I'll kill you!" the vampire hissed at Bella, but it was clear by the way it struggled it was powerless. "Kill you both!"
